Update of the counter code to include the word "VISITORS" on the counter image.

Version 2.0 of the counter script comes with a lot of improvements. The counter has now a 24 hours' memory during which no IP addresses receive multiple hits. The counter graphic also received a new layout of two lines with all-time visitors and last 24 hours' visitors.
